Gym today

This won't be terribly exciting for readers, but I want to keep a log of my exercise.

Wed 2nd Jan:

Stretches for ten minutes.
X trainer for 30 minutes on level 7, Hill (Around the World setting).
Distance achieved: 5.01 km
Highest heart rate got to: 195 (ouch, gotta work on cardio obviously)
